I've gotten a bunch of orders over the years to be shipped to people located all over the U.S.! I took some pictures of an order I did to show the process of how I ship the cake balls. I found that egg cartons are the perfect way to hold the balls in place and also an inexpensive way to package them up! Of course I try and keep them cute and pretty! :) Enjoy!

I'm no Bakerella BUT........
I was asked to make these cute pops for a party and was sent a picture of what they wanted. I was a little challenged by these, but I think they came out pretty cute! They were a little time consuming but overall pretty easy to make. I'm going to experiment and try to create the other cute Sesame Street characters soon!

Spell it out with Sweetness! Cake Ball Cards for Dad!
Hello from Having a Ball!
Just a reminder that Father's Day is this Sunday and we do have a few spots open for sending a Cake Ball Card to your Dad! You can personalize it and spell out whatever you want and we'll deliver! Don't go with the ordinary golf balls and gift cards, give him something he and his belly will truly enjoy! :)
Attached is one of the Cake Ball Cards we did for Mother's Day!
Happy Monday everyone!

Welcome to Having a Ball's new blog!
Hi there! Alot of folks ask me about events I've catered, ideas for displaying the cake balls, ball pops and dessert balls, and much more, so I thought I'd jump on the blog train and give it a go! I will try to update this blog weekly and post new pictures from events I've catered, creations I've done and a few "experiments" I'm working on. I would LOVE feedback, suggestions and any comments on my little treats! The support I've gotten in Midland, Houston, Dallas and even as far as California has been amazing! I love to create, bake and offer something different with my business, so thank you for all of your support, love and help along the way! I hope to make this blog interesting, funny and informative with ideas, personal stories and updates!
For my first post, I wanted to include some pictures of the Minnie Pops I've done for two parties. They turned out so cute! I'm working on some other animal pops and also getting very busy on 4th of July orders! Please keep checking back for new updates, offers, news and more!!
